We deliver to all counties in the Republic of Ireland.
Orders usually take between 2-4 working days to be delivered with the exception of Bank Holidays, and during sale times where orders can take between 5-7 working days. Orders are delivered by Fastway couriers.
Refunds & Exchanges
Returning to Branch
You can return any unwanted items to Murphy’s Pharmacy within 14 days of receiving your order for a cash refund or replacement. Returns from 14 to 28 days will be exchanged or a credit to the value of the return item/s.
Take the item(s) & order number located on your confirmation email to the Midleton store. A store colleague will request to see your email so remember to have it with you.
Returning by Post
Please make sure we receive your returned items, within 14 days from the day you receive them, to be refunded in full via the original payment method.
If you return your purchase after this period but within 28 days, you will be refunded with a Murphy’s Pharmacy E-Voucher to the value of the returned items. Delivery charges will be refunded on a full order being returned. We are unable to provide a refund of delivery charges when only part of your order is being cancelled.
We are unable to exchange products by post. We do process exchanges in our stores, so you may bring your items to our store in Midleton for an exchange if you wish
We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged. If the item was faulty or damaged when delivered or collected from store, an exchange or refund will be offered.
Any Murphy’s Pharmacy Loyalty Card points earned against items you return for a refund will be removed in accordance with the Murphy’s Loyalty Card Terms and Conditions.
When returning large items, please contact our in-store staff and they will be happy to advise you on the best way to return your item/s.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
